Kaspersky Lab - Rude and bad customer service.
They charged my credit card even though I didn't used their product for the last 6 months.When I complained, they said we won't refund you a money and they closed the ticket and block my email.
Their Representatives are so aggressive in replying not belong to any big company, e.g when they closed the ticket they said we blocked you, show us what you will do! If we forgot that they are saying it's your mistake, not our mistake.
They need a *** of learning to be a reputable company in the market of IT.Anybody is buying their products should think twice before doing it.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $39.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
