A real nightmare
This K lab is impossible to join. They remove their software remotely.
It is impossible to talk to someone and aas a matter of fact , they have no one to call on the whole america continent.. Something weird is happening with K.

I cancelled the anti virus they kept billing me
I was charged 71 dollars on their automatic renewal. I called and asked to cancel the antivirus and asked for a refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I had to find this website of Pissed Consumer to even get the phone number to contact the Kaspersky customer service.
I had to call a second time because the first agent refused to do anything and kept repeating things that weren't pertinent. The second agent said he was going to cancel the subscription and have my money refunded, but nothing is reflected on their website, so I am concerned I was just given a run around and not an actual resolution.
