Kaspersky Lab Customer Care Review

I forgot my login password for Kaspersky Mobile Security and emailed them 4 times and I'm still waiting for an answer. They also said they'd sent an email to me but I haven' t received any. Very bad way to treat a customer who's paid for their programme.
