Resolved: Subscription issues
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I had to find this website of Pissed Consumer to even get the phone number to contact the Kaspersky customer service.
I had to call a second time because the first agent refused to do anything and kept repeating things that weren't pertinent. The second agent said he was going to cancel the subscription and have my money refunded, but nothing is reflected on their website, so I am concerned I was just given a run around and not an actual resolution.

It should be done automatically right after the purchase of the Internet Security Program- in my case KASPERSKY PREMIUM. Because lack to activation code I payed for the same service several times.!!!

Refused Refund although their fault
Impossible to cancel auto renewal. Updated email address after switching broadband supplier.
Resigned to fact would have to wait for renewal email to change from 3 products £50 ish to 1 Product £20 ish
Saw charge on Credit Card bill - no renewal email.
Kaspersky sent to old email address which I have no access to.
Numerous requests for refund, or partial refund to 1 product subscription refused as "outside 30 day policy. Fuming this was their fault.
Asked numerous times for activation code as could no longer access old email address.
Customer for many years but never again after this - progressing via credit card to ascertain if can obtain refund that way. AVOID if you have problems they will not want to know.
- Any pros wiped out by cons
- Same agent deals although asked for escalation
- Auto renewal almost impossible to cancel so trapped
- Too large for goodwill or care
