Bought $229 support package, received lackluster support due to lack of "Log Me In" and had to use join.me so we went at baby step speed and used tools that are freely available on the internet. One hour total time and they could only come up with a System Restore which did not take and it was their 5pm quitting time so I had to call back to get the next tech and he was to take up where the last left off. We have been a customer for about a year now and honestly doesn`t perform any better than a free version.Recently we had to call tech support. Technician took control of our computer. He proceeded to try to sell another 99.00 3 month package. When my wife declined he told her that she had, and I quote " you have wasted my time. My time is more valuable than yours. October 31, 2016, I made a call to kaspersky after purchasing and installing ultimate internet protection. After finding many problems afterward, I called Kaspersky to see if I could resolve this. What a joke. I called to ask them to correct the spelling of my name and then it all went wrong. Trying to access my password it wouldn't work so I tried a new password with the techs advice and that wouldn't work. He then proceeded to tell me that my machine was experiencing a foreign *** and that I was not covered by Kaspersky but had to purchase a service from Reliable pc Repair for $155. They took money out of my bank account before my yearly subscription was up ! & they also got my bank account overdrafted . Make sure you are very careful if you ever decide to pick this company which im 100% sure i never will again

Even when you cancel, received the official cancellation email and dposke with two customer service reps, had my credit card company on a three-way call, no actual refund has appeared. I have an email dated 9/9 stating I would get it in 7 days. It is a month later yet again. I originally started trying to get a refund since July. Basically theft at this point I will never use them or recommend again. Read more

Really bad for Macs. Very little Mac support on the forums. Signed-on to "my kaspersky.com" for access to the website and it would not recognize my password, asked me to re-set password and the "continue" button would not link to a new page, and the phone support agent knew nothing except to tell me to try again in 2 hrs!!! Two days after installing Kaspersky for the first time on Win 10 the URL advisor stopped working--didn't show trusted websites with the green icon. Many chats and emails later with their tech support (like over two weeks) and nothing was fixed. It was supposed to be an easy fix! Sure.
