I had purchased Kaspersky's full protection package over one year ago. However I am no longer using it. Really bad for Macs. Very little Mac support on the forums. Signed-on to "my kaspersky.com" for access to the website and it would not recognize my password, asked me to re-set password and the "continue" button would not link to a new page, and the phone support agent knew nothing except to tell me to try again in 2 hrs!!! Two days after installing Kaspersky for the first time on Win 10 the URL advisor stopped working--didn't show trusted websites with the green icon. Many chats and emails later with their tech support (like over two weeks) and nothing was fixed. It was supposed to be an easy fix! Sure. I've been doing IT for the past 25 years and am now retired, doing PC/Mac repair and servicing as a sideline. Over the years I've used most every security suite ever developed. Norton/Symantec used to be a very good product as well as MCafee. They are now bloated, intrusive software programs which consume copious ammounts of system resources, hide code all over your system and are generally difficult (if not impossible) to get rid of. I forgot my login password for Kaspersky Mobile Security and emailed them 4 times and I'm still waiting for an answer. They also said they'd sent an email to me but I haven' t received any. Very bad way to treat a customer who's paid for their programme.

Kaspersky Labs sucks in a very big way. I got an email that my subscription was going to "auto-renew." Since I'd stopped using it a long time ago, I tried like crazy to stop that from happening. First I followed the link to stop renewal online but couldn't because it was requiring a password I didn't have and there was no password reset feature. Is this 2016? The "support engineer" dealing with my request for help has closed out my request, in an apparent fit of pique without resolving the issue at hand. The SE has been discourteous. In my last communication with this individual, I followed the procedures emailed to me but the request was closed out anyway. I've had Kaspersky antivirus on my pc since buying it at Best Buy in 09, and I have to say I've had almost no problems at all with it and would continue to use it. I've been a user of Kaspersky since 2012. I like it that it isn't interfering much and seems to be doing a good job - although I probably don't really know. I've got a license for three computers. My home computer and two laptops.
